Printing Guidelines

We recommend sending documents to a print shop or somewhere with a professional printer to ensure proper sizing and formatting of the files are maintained, including varying dimensions and double-sided prints. If this is not possible, we have provided alternative instructions for files that may be challenging to print with a basic printer.

  • If this is possible, you can copy and paste this table in an email and share these instructions directly with the printing agency, along with PDF copies of the documents listed below.
  • To keep things simple, these files haven’t been created with “bleed” which your print shop might ask for. Just ask them to fit the files to the paper area they can print. Your materials will have a small white border.

Adjust the number of copies based on the estimated number of participants in the workshop before printing.

If professional printing is not available, we have provided alternative instructions for specific files that may be challenging to print in-office.

Phase-specific Printing Instructions

Phase 1: Initial Insights

NOTE: Printing files for Initial Insights is optional. If you complete the Initial Insights modules in person, print the files below. If you complete the Initial Insights modules remotely, share the relevant files digitally.

Phase 2: Workshop 1

  • Optional: Data Presentation OR Data worksheet (Module A: Validate)—only print one of these if you are unable to present the Data Presentation on a screen in the workshop.
    • Size: A4 size, colour print, single-sided
    • Copies: 1 copy per workshop participant + some spare.
      • If you have 25 participants, you should print 30 copies, so you have one for each participant as well as some for facilitators.

  • Prompt Cards: Who (Module B: Who)
  • Prompt Cards: Her First (Module D: Her First)

  • Strategy Summary Poster 4 (Workshop 2, Module D: Implement)
