3. Prepare questions you would like to ask the interviewers
It is good practice to come to a job interview with thoughtful questions to ask the interviewer. This shows you care about the opportunity and you care about your personal growth.
- Do not ask questions that you could have easily looked up online. Instead, try to ask questions about recent industry trends or news you may have found about the company.
- You can also ask questions such as what challenges are generally faced in the role you are applying for and how you may overcome said challenges.
Some examples of good questions to ask interviewers are:
- How can someone succeed in this role?
- What challenges are faced by an employee in this role? How are they overcome?
- What do you like best about working at this company?
- How do you expect to work with someone who is hired for this position?
