Engaging with the Young People on Climate Change
A very interactive session was conducted, from which the indication was that climate resilience and understanding was quite low among young adolescents. The participants identified that waste management was a key issue in the city, and that the school clubs could be used to drive the climate guardian programme which UNICEF is supporting to establish in the islands.
